Objective: Strengthen agency, raise awareness of rights, improve leadership, boost economic mobility, and empower marginalized women.

Key Components: Education on gender rights, training in self-confidence and leadership, life skills development (negotiation, communication, decision-making), formation of women-led self-help groups (SHGs), and support for access to education and health services.
